The Motel complex in Lancaster Street comprises:

1 x 1 kingsize bedroom fully self contained apartment - max 2 person
3 x Queen size studio units- max 2 person
2 x 1 bedroom units on the carpark level, 1 with disabled facilities - max 4 person

All motel units are fully-serviced and provide:

Ensuite tiled bathrooms
Heat pumps
Freeview TV
Breakfast-making facilities including plunger coffee
Microwaves
Free broadband internet access

24A and 24B Thurso Street, Lawrence

2 x 2 bedroom houses (just a 2 min drive up the road ) For those wanting fully self contained accommodation, these houses are available for both short and long term stays. Maximum 6 person

The two new houses are serviced weekly or by arrangement and provide:

Two bedrooms with superking beds which split into two single beds
Two double sofa beds in the living room
Fully equipped kitchen with Gas Hob, Electric Oven, Dishwasher and Full size Fridge/Freezer
42 inch Plasma TV with Freeview and DVD player
The tiled Bathroom has a Spa bath with Shower over and Heated Towel Rail
Separate Toilet
Separate Laundry with built in cupboards and washer/dryer combo
Large Courtyard with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella
Carport and plenty of off road parking
A lovely rural outlook that is both quiet and private

Tariff

The tariff for studio units is $125.00 per twin share, the 1 bedroom units are $145 per twin share, 1 bedroom apartment is $160.00 per twin share $20.00 for each extra person

The tariff for the houses is $200 per twin share, $30 for each extra person. Please enquire about our long term rates.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of the total tariff will apply if you fail to cancel your reservations within 48 hours prior to the day of your expected arrival.
Failure to cancel a booking prior to arrival may result in the total reservation being charged and this is at the proprietors discretion. The cancellation fee may be waived if we are able to re-let the room/s for the period of the reservation cancelled.
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement only.
Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
All charges will be debited against the credit card number, as supplied at the time the reservation was first made.
